Operations Coordinator

Be the connection point for our entire operation. We need an organized Coordinator who ensures our engineering and production teams run smoothly. You will manage purchasing, coordinate schedules, and make sure no detail slips. It's a key role for delivering our connected devices efficiently from our HTC office.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinate daily operations and production planning to keep projects moving on schedule.
  • Manage purchasing activities: request quotes, issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and production schedules in our ERP system.
  • Collaborate with teams across engineering, production, logistics, and finance to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Support non-product-related (NPR) activities such as invoicing, communication with accounting, and general office management.
  • Identify and implement improvements to boost efficiency and streamline workflows.

Job requirements

  • MBO+/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in an administrative, purchasing, or operational support role.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP or purchasing systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
  • Organized, proactive, and hands-on. You don’t just spot problems; you solve them.
