Project Manager

Building for
tomorrow’s needs

Project Manager

Hey there, organizer of chaos! We’re looking for a Project Manager who gets energy from people, thrives in a technical environment, and knows how to keep both projects and people moving.

Location

Eindhoven, the Netherlands

Job type

Full-time

Experience

3-5 years

Education

Business administration / Product development

At Vention, we’re not just building products—we’re solving tomorrow’s problems today (and having fun doing it). As a Project Manager, you’ll steer projects from vague idea to working prototype, always keeping your team and the client aligned. Thereafter you move this exciting product into production, where your stakeholdermanagement really is put to the test. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you do need to understand what’s going on under the hood. Sound like your kind of challenge?

What you’ll be doing

  • Hold the wheel: From kickoff to delivery, you’re the one making sure things keep moving. You oversee the process, clear roadblocks, and keep the energy high.
  • Connect the dots: You’re the bridge between clients, engineers, and suppliers. You balance interests, manage expectations, and make sure everyone’s on the same page.
  • Plan like a pro: Budgeting, quoting, capacity planning, progress tracking—it’s all in your toolkit. Even when things get busy, you stay calm and structured.
  • Build strong teams: You guide project teams of 3–5 engineers, distribute work clearly, and make sure everyone knows what’s up—without micromanaging.
  • See the opportunities: You have a commercial radar—you spot chances to add value for the client or grow a project, and act on them in a natural, non-salesy way.

Who we’re looking for

You probably tick several of these boxes:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, ideally in tech or product development.
  • Experience with small teams, stakeholder management, and client contact.
  • You get tech: You might not code, but you speak the language of engineers.
  • You’re fluent in Dutch and English.
  • You work independently (obviously).
  • Affinity with innovative product development.

Why you want to work here

  • You’ll work with smart, passionate, slightly nerdy people who actually love what they do.
  • Our HQ is on the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven—but you manage your own schedule.
  • Unlimited vacation days. We trust you to know when you need a break.
  • Company lunch, monthly teamdinners and more teambuilding activities to really connect with your colleagues.
  • We invest in your development: courses, books, trainings—you name it.
  • A lot of freedom, a lot of responsibility, and a lot of impact.
